Good evening everyone! I had a pretty eventful Monday and I am glad to be home, drink in hand, and kicking back for the evening. Sometimes you need to treat yourself and that’s pretty much what I did all day, what I want to do. On the subject of treating yourself….. the new Once Upon A Diamond Collection from SuperChic Lacquer is just that, an awesome treat! The Once Upon A Diamond Collection is a new 7 piece collection that is made with diamonds! Each bottle has 1/2 carat weight genuine diamond crystals, talk about fancy. All of the lacquers in the Once Upon A Diamond Collection are textured blends and pretty fabulous. Up until this collection, I only liked one brands texture formula, SuperChic Lacquer now makes that two! Tonight’s post is picture heavy so let’s get started.
First up we have Embellishing Regina, a black jelly blend with red, black, and silver glitters in various sizes and shapes. Application was surprisingly easy considering the amount of glitter and built to opacity with no troubles. I am showing this in its textured finish and one last photo with a LOT of top coat. Photos shown two coats of Embellishing Regina.
Next up we have Chronicles of the Dreamcatcher. This is a light gold tinted base with silver, black, and gold glitters in various sizes and shapes. Once again, no issues but this blend is a little sheer so multiple coats needed for full coverage. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Chronicles of the Dreamcatcher, last photo with a lot of clear.
Next up we have Notions of Ariel. This is a beautiful teal jelly blend with teal, black, and silver glitters in various sizes and shapes, and purple iridescent glitter. This blend was a little sheer but easily built opacity. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Notions of Ariel, last photo with lots of clear.
Now for another beautiful black jelly! Swan of Adorned Darkness is a black jelly blend with black and silver glitters in various sizes and shapes. This blend applied beautifully and had amazing coverage. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Swan of Adorned Darkness, last photo with lots of clear.
Now for Crown Jewels of Enchantment. This is a clear base blend filled with various sizes of silver and black glitter. This blend is pretty sheer and even with three coats I still had visible nail line, I would certainly recommend a base color. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Crown Jewels of Enchantment, last photo with lots of clear.
Next up is one of my favorites. Wish Upon A Wisp is a blurple jelly blend with purple, silver, and black glitter in various sizes and shapes. Coverage, formula, and application were all perfect! In my photos I am wearing two coats of Wish Upon A Wisp, last photo with lots of clear.
Last, but not least, we have Captured Teardrop. This was another favorite for me. Captured Teardrop is a pale blue crelly leaning jelly blend with silver, blue, and black glitters in various sizes and shapes. Photos shown two coats of Captured Teardrop, last photo with lots of clear.
So what do you guys think of the new Once Upon A Diamond Collection from SuperChic Lacquer? Personally, it’s an all around solid collection. The texture finish is fantastic and the fact they are still glittery is great! Once Upon A Diamond Collection released this Wednesday and will retail for $12 each. Until then be sure to check out all the other amazing lacquer SuperChic has to offer and give them a follow on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for up to date info. Thank you so much for stopping by today and I will see you all again tomorrow.
Products were provided for review but that does not influence my opinions.
