Good afternoon, everyone! I hope you are all having a lovely Tuesday. Today, I have my latest birthday mani to share with you guys—a little late, but better than never. My birthday always marks the end of summer for me, and while it is still in the 80s here, this is my last spring/summer look. I look forward every year to rolling into some Halloween-inspired manis, then Fall and Thanksgiving looks, and then Christmas.
For my Birthday mani, I used some of my favorite brands. I first started with three coats of Aquaholic by Cuccio Colour and then used Morticia Aadams by SuperChic Lacquer with the Pro Collection XL-13 plate from MoYou London. Everything is sealed with a Marvel Liquid Macro Top Coat by SuperChic Lacquer.
While I love my bright manicures, I am looking forward to cooler weather and some more holiday-inspired looks. Before I leave today, I have to share another photo of Zelda. This girl has so much personality and is becoming a total sweetheart. While crate training isn’t going great, she is an excellent bed sleeper, so she is sleeping at my feet right now. She has done great at waking us at night to go out to potty, generally only one time. I hear so many horror stories of people not getting sleep due to their active puppy. Thanks to r/Puppy101, they suggested turning on zero lights when taking a puppy out to potty and not speaking to them. This has worked wonderfully, and she goes right back to sleep. It’s a little creepy since I live in the country, and there is ZERO light pollution, but it works!
