Good afternoon everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful day! Today I want to share a fun mani that I created for an amazing festival coming up this summer. Summer time is certainly the time for music festivals and it seems they just keep getting better and better. This year The Wrecking Ball is back yet again for another two day festival in Hotlanta and the line up is fantastic! The Wrecking Ball is held at the local venue The Masquerade and will take place on August 12-14. I have been attending this venue for 20 years and it is hands down my favorite location!
When I was selected in helping spread the word about this year’s Wrecking Ball, I knew I had to do some nail art! The Masquerade has been on a potential demolition list for sometime now and I keep praying that this never comes true. Demolition has started around the property this week but hopefully some how the building will be spared! The Masquerade is a unique venue that I feel will never be recreated. So I used the potential future and the color of their neon sign to create a fun mani.
For today’s look I started with two coats of Anime-zing Color! by Morgan Taylor. I then used BM-XL04 by Bundle Monster for my brick pattern. Now I wanted to create a “wrecking ball” look so I dabbed some Willia by Zoya to create a knocked down wall look. From there I used Fairy Dust by China Glaze to create a starry night look. Everything is then sealed with two coats of SuperChic Lacquer Liquid Macro Top Coat.
So what do you guys think of my Wrecking Ball nails? I LOVE THEM!!! They turned out exactly like I had envisioned! I am so excited for this year’s Wrecking Ball and I hope to meet up with some of you guys. Tickets are available now for individual days or two day passes. Come, hang out, and listen to some amazing bands. <3

Awesome nail art! Just looking around at some news reports, it does look like the historic mill will be spared – not sure about its future as a venue. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!

I love how the brick isn’t all across the nail, but fades away. SO FUN, and you’ve given me inspiration for later manicures!
