Good afternoon! I hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday! Today I have some lovely new shades from OPI to share with you guys. The new Washington DC Collection consists of 15 great new shades for Fall season, the normal 12 piece line up plus three special-edition Kerry Washington shades. While attending Cosmprof North America this year, OPI was kind enough to send my home with a cute 4 piece mini set to swatch and an extra set to giveaway! First let’s take a look at the shades.
First up we have We the Female. This is a gorgeous dark brick-red creme that just screams fall. Formula and application were flawless. In my photos I am wearing two coats of We the Female.
Next up we have Pale to the Chief. This is a nude creme with a hint of pearly shimmer and has warm undertones. This did apply a little patchy but did smooth out as it dried. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Pale to the Chief.
Next up we have one of my favorites and has the most appropriate name! CIA = Color is Awesome is a gorgeous dark dusty blue with a hint of teal. Application, formula, and coverage are all perfect! In my photos I am wearing two coats of CIA.
Lastly we have Never a Dulles Moment. This a lovely mustard yellow creme that has me aching for Fall. This one applied a little patchy but again leveled out once it dried. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Never a Dulles Moment.

Lovely fall shaded, great review. I love the brick red best so far as I haven’t seen the others. There is nothing like a OPI shine! Best polish in the world ♡♡♡
Loving this collection! So far the olive green (can’t remember the name!) is the one that has my heart! Fall is definitely my favorite time of year. There’s nothing better than sweater weather & pumpkin everything!

What I like most about fall is the cooler weather. I tend to cook more since it isn’t as hot.
I love CIA, but We The Female captured my heart. Red is my favorite color and dark, muted reds are awesome for the fall. I love the crispness of fall. The air is cooler and even smells different.
