Good evening everyone! I hope you are all having a fabulous hump day! It has been a crazy week at my new job and happy to say, so far I am loving it! I can’t begin to describe the weight that has been lifted from my shoulders. My old job was literally killing me and after 12 years, I had to step away from the drama, the harassment, the hostile environment, and the stress. It was time to focus on me and quit worrying, I needed to find my happy place. Not worry about the all mighty dollar but what will make me happy to be employed. I hope this positive note continues!
Today I am sharing a lovely new perfume line I discovered while attending Cosmoprof. Sage is a handcrafted perfume line based out of Los Angeles and is named after the owner. The entire line is inspired by gemstones and is made with the finest natural essential and fragrance oils. All of their oils are vegan, cruelty-free, gluten and nut free, and contains no alcohol, phthalates, parabens or water.
The scent I had the pleasure of trying out from Sage is Turquoise. The scent is named after one of my favorite gemstones and was also my favorite scent from the collection. Turquoise is a lovely mix of Blue Chamomile, Grapefruit, Cassis, and ozone elements glisten like fragrant, sun-kissed sea spray. The base notes are flower-infused musks mixed with sandalwood. The scent lasts for hours and isn’t too overpowering. These 1/8 oz bottles retail for $45.00 each.

I really wished I had a chance to smell them. I just feel like my nose doesn’t understand perfume. Anything that I liked, Melissa from the Daily Nail didn’t and vice versa!

Nice packaging. I don’t wear fragrance but this makes me wish I did.
I am having trouble over the past 6 months or so with fragrances not lasting on me. Even perfumes that always lasted very well. Something must have changed in my body chemistry. As a result, I think I must go back to perfume oils because those usually work. Though Turquoise wouldn’t suit me, I will definitely check out Sage.
