Happy Monday everyone! We are finally at the point where we can start the countdown to Thanksgiving feasts! This year my family and I are taking it easy by going to Cheaha for a Thanksgiving brunch. It will be a buffet-style meal so plenty to eat and a gorgeous view from the highest point in Alabama. I’ll be sure to share some photos, even this time of year it’s still beautiful. Since I am going to be wrapped in nature this year for Thanksgiving, the next few days will all be inspired by the outdoors. Today I went with a winter forest theme, which we will be experiencing very soon here once the last few leaves drop.
For my trees, I started with two coats of Follow Your Butterflies by Cuccio Colour. Next, I used Branch Out by Cuccio Colour with the B033 Fall stamping plate from What’s Up Nails. Everything is then sealed with two coats of Marvel Liquid Macro Top Coat by SuperChic Lacquer.
So what do you guys think of my winter forest? I feel like a little snow would take it to the next level but keeping with the Alabama theme, no snow here! I can’t wait for Thanksgiving, not only do I get to eat tons fo delicious food but I also get to decorate for Christmas that day.
