Good afternoon everyone! I hope you are all having a lovely Monday! Today I am dropping in to share my subtle star mani that I created for Memorial Day part of the #52weeknailchallenge. I want to go with something a little more toned down for Memorial Day and my combo ended up being exactly what I was looking for.
For today’s look I started off with three thin coats of December 2014 by Enchanted Polish. This is such a beautiful shimmery blue lacquer that is a dream to apply and lasts forever! Next I used the star pattern from the DRK-A plate in combo with Sparkling Diamonds Stamping Polish by Colors by Llarowe. Everything is sealed with two coats of Marvel Liquid Macro Top Coat by SuperChic Lacquer. The stamping was a little hard to pick up with my lighting so I included a more low light photo to show off the subtle stamping.
So what do you guys think of my subtle stamping? I love the results and felt is was very fitting for Memorial Day. Subtle and not to take away from what the day is all about, remembering those who fought and served our country. Thank you so much for stopping by today! I will see you all again soon.

This is a cute look! It’s like your nails have a special secret that only they know…unless you look really closely, that is!

I love the combination of the colors and the barely-there stars. Reminds me of starry night by van gogh.

I think the way you had to move to show the stamping, given the lighting, would make for an excellent manicure to show off outside!!!! Very pretty.

I like the blue and silver polishes, but I don’t think the stamping works because it’s way too subtle.
