Happy Friday! I hope you all had a wonderful week! I have a recent update on my sweet fur baby Ali. We went to the vet yet again this week for a follow up on blood work and her levels were once again to high so we have moved her back to two doses a day. She now has to have one pill in the morning and half a pill in the evening. We go back in a month and hopefully we will finally have things under control. Between caring for her and the COVID-19 mess, my life has been hectic to say the least.
I have still been doing my nails and I have also picked cross stitching back up. This has been a godsend on clearing my mind every evening before bed. I have the hardest time shutting my brain down and thanks to this handy hobby, it clears my mind and I am getting more sleep finally. Over the next few months I will certainly be sharing some of my completed works and some awesome products I’ve been finding.
Nail art of course has always been my go-to therapy and I have a few looks I will be sharing in the upcoming days that I have created in the past few months. While I’m not doing as much, continuous hand washing destroys a mani quick so just been painting solid colors a lot, I do still try to create some on the weekends. That brings me to today’s post. I had shared a new to me brand and subscription box back in February called Candy Coat and I was very impressed with their heavy pigmentation. I just had to give them a try in a stamping look to see how well they would work and I must say, I’ve found another brand to add to my stamping supplies.
For today’s look I stared off with one coat of 907 by Candy Coat. I then used 807 by Candy Coat with the Fun17 stamping plate from Fab Ur Nails. Everything was sealed with one coat of Marvel Liquid Macro Top Coat.
I just loved how this turned out!!! The color combo wasn’t something I would have normally picked but I am glad I did, they worked beautifully together. Thank you guys for stopping by and listening to my rambling. Things have been crazy and it’s nice to have an outlet that’s not so gloom and doom! I hope you all stay safe and I will see you all again soon! <3

What a cool stamped design, Nina! It reminded me of cloisonné jewellery techinique and gives a sense of depth.
Really chic too!
Stay safe and xoxo

How unusual. It totally works but who’d a thought?? Good luck with your baby girl.

It’s unique done! What’s wrong with the kitty? Hope she’s ok. I suck at nail art but painting my nails make me feel a bit normal
