Well Hello! Guess who’s back?!?! After much-needed time off for my sanity and restructuring of life, I am finally back and ready to share so much from the past year! I finally got out of the dreaded healthcare career and have moved into the manufacturing field. I am currently a buyer and production planner for a local machine shop and I am loving it so much. The people I work for and with are so awesome, what we do is so amazing, and certainly more up my alley of interest! The hospital was sucking the life out of me and so glad I had the opportunity to make a drastic change in my life, who would have thought an Indeed post would open so much up for me in my little small town?
There is so much to tell from the past year but one thing I am excited about, finally finding my love for nails again. The hospital and stress were really taking a toll on my health both mentally and physically, my nails were truly shit! Peeling like crazy, breaking constantly, and growing slower than ever. I lost all love for doing my nails which added to my depression, my nails had been a love of mine since I was a small child. Slowly things began to change after I changed jobs but I was learning a new field that was taking most of my mental capabilities so by the end of the day, I just wanted to zone out. I am finally in the swing of things, and though a new promotion has added more work, I am ready to start sharing with you guys again.
To kick things back off here, I am going to share the Fall/Winter Collection from Cuccio Colour. You guys know how much I love this brand so it seemed only fitting to share their latest collection. The new Speakeasy collection from Cuccio Colour consists of 8 mysterious shades that totally give off a vintage vibe.
First up we have On The Up & Up, an oxblood creme. Like all cremes from Cuccio Colour, this color applies flawlessly. The rich dark oxblood shade is perfect for a moody fall shade, or a sultry winter shade. Either way, this one was a win for me. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of On The Up & Up by Cuccio Colour.
Next up we have Sitting Pretty, a mauve clay creme. This shade reminds me of cozy fall boots and really puts off the cozy feeling. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of Sitting Pretty by Cuccio Colour.
This next shade was one of my favorites from the collection and can see myself wearing it many times. The Cat’s Pajamas is a blurple duo-chrome shade that has so much sparkle that almost hides until the light hits it. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of The Cat’s Pajamas by Cuccio Colour.
Now for a leather vibe! The Bee’s Knees is a mustard creme that reminds me of the perfect fall leather jacket. in my photos, I am wearing just two coats of The Bee’s Knees by Cuccio Colour.
For the next shade, we have Hotsy Totsy, a violet duo-chrome. I really wanted to love this one but it is very sheer so I would highly recommend pairing it with a creme base complimenting shade to really get the most out of it. In my photos, I am wearing three coats of Hotsy Totsy by Cuccio Colour.
Next, we have The “It” Girl, a sugar plum shimmer. This shade is super rich and the shimmer is perfection, the perfect fall/winter color. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of The “It” Girl by Cuccio Colour.
This next shade is certainly the lightest shade and easily my second favorite from the collection. Giggle Water is a blue-gray duochrome metallic shade that gives off some serious winter chill. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of Giggle Water by Cuccio Colour.
Lastly, we have Putting On The Ritz, a multifaceted chocolate with gold shimmer. This is the shade I picked for my first nail art look, but that later in the week. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of Putting On The Ritz by Cuccio Colour.
So what do you guys think of the new Speakeasy Collection from Cuccio Colour? I am in love, almost as in love as being back!
