Good evening everyone! I hope you area all having a wonderful day! Tonight I am dropping in to share the latest new collection from Zoya. The new Sophisticates Collection consists of 12 amazing shades that are perfect for transitioning into Fall weather. You have a great mix of cremes, shimmers, and even one that would make for a great glitter topper. Today’s post is VERY picture heavy so let’s dive on in to some new Zoya!
First up we have Padma. This is a rich, deep, vermillion cream that has a great berry twist. This lacquer was a bit on the thick side so it was a little “lumpy” to apply. Personally I would add some thinner to get to a smoother and easier to work with formula. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Padma, two would have been plenty had it applied smoother.
Next up we have Mckenna. This is a pearly almond shade that is a nice twist on your standard nude creme. Again this formula had a little to be desired. I’m not sure if it’s the weather or what but again I felt the need to add thinner to perfect the formula. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Mckenna.
Next up we have Hera. This is a muted, red mauve creme that just seems perfect for Fall! Once again though, wasn’t a huge fan of the formula, better but still a bit tricky to apply. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Hera.
Now for a favorite from the collection. Beth is a soft sandy gold metallic lacquer with a hint of rose gold. Application and formula were perfection!!! In my photos I am wearing two coats of Beth.
Now for a glitter jelly. Gal is a smokey, iridescent, peridot gold metallic. This lacquer is certainly on the sheer side so you could layer, or you could use as a topper to add some extra sparkle to those Fall cremes. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Gal.
Now for another love in the collection. Joni is a rich deep, dusty plum creme that is just perfection. This formula was much easier to work with a left me with a great finish. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Joni.
Yep, another love here! Mona is a deep, burgundy plum creme that reminds me of rich fall foliage. The formula was easy to work with and had great coverage. In my photos I am wearing just two coats of Mona.
Next up we have Presley. This is a smokey, mauve taupe cream that has the perfect purple and smoke undertones. This formula was a bit thicker and again I felt the need to add some thinner. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Presley.
Now for some vibrant green, those last few leaves holding on to summer. Tabitha is a deep hunter green pearl with an amazing finish. Formula, application, and coverage were all perfect. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Tabitha.
Next up we have Yvonne. This is a rich, Bordeaux red cream that is perfect for Fall and Winter! I loved everything about this lacquer, perfection! In my photos I am wearing two coats of Yvonne.
Now for sadly, the only blue in the collection. Hadley is a smokey, midnight blue that has the right amount of cool tones. Formula, application, and coverage were once again perfect. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Hadley.
Lastly we have Elaine. This is a dark, umber brown creme. I just loved this shade and its smokey feel. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Elaine.
So what do you guys think of the new Sophisticates Collection by Zoya? Overall, there are few must haves and few eh. I wish there had been a few less pink/red/mauve shades and a few more blues and maybe even an orange creme. Please take a moment to check out all the amazing lacquers Zoya has to offer and please give them a follow on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for up to date info. Thank you so much for stopping by tonight and I will see you all again soon!
Products provided for review but that does not influence my opinions.

Did you find Presley to have a particularly strong odor? I opened my bottle and it was KAPOW, definitely more than the usual smell I get from Zoya.

I wonder why they are so all over the place with this collection as far as formula goes. I haven’t bought in a long time but I do really like several of these.
