Good afternoon everyone! We are almost officially into December but thanks to an early Thanksgiving this year, I got to start my Christmas decorating and winter nail art a little early. For my first winter inspired manicure of the season, I had to obviously go with some snowflakes. When I was swatching and sharing the new Christmas Trio from Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer two of those shades spoke to me. They put off this glistening snow vision that I wanted to put into art.
For my first snowflake mani of the year, I started with three coats of Sleigh What? by Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer. To make that base really glisten I added one coat of Merry Elfin’ Christmas by Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer. Now for the flakes, I used Talia by Zoya with the Flake No More plate by Pet’la Plates. Everything is sealed with two coats of HK Girl Top Coat by Glisten and Glow.
So what do you guys think of my first snowflake mani of the year? I love how Merry Elfin’ Christmas gave the perfect glistening effect!!
