Good afternoon everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I am back today with another 12 Days of Christmas manicure in the Challenge Your Nail Art series. Today’s challenge was silver and gold glitter, just perfect for the holiday’s. I immediately knew what I wanted to do and needless to say, this will also now be part of my New Year’s Eve manicure.
For my Silver and Gold Glitter manicure I started off with two coats of SinfulColors Black on Black, my favorite black creme. I sealed the Black on Black with a coat of SuperChic Lacquer Liquid Macro top coat to speed up my dry times. Next up I used a combo of SuperChic Lacquer’s Crown Jewels of Enchantment and Chronicles of The Dreamcatcher for a sponge gradient. These two applied beautifully and the mixture of various sizes of glitter worked out for the perfect glitter gradient. The end results has a almost crushed ice/diamond look. Lastly I sealed everything with two coats of SuperChic Lacquer Liquid Macro top coat.
So what do you guys think of my take on the Silver and Gold Glitter challenge in the 12 Days of Christmas Nail Art series? OMG, I AM IN LOVE!!! It is almost like the two glitters from SuperChic were made for glitter gradients!!! I can’t wait to recreate this and add some gold or silver stamping for New Year’s Eve. Thank you so much for stopping by today and be sure to scroll down to visit other great bloggers taking part in the 12 Day of Christmas Nail Art challenges.
