Pumpkin Faces with Zoya and Marianne Nails

October 15, 2018 by Nina 10 Comments

Good afternoon everyone!  We are half way through the month and Halloween is just around the corner!  I love this time of year but wish it was just as magical as it was when I was a child.  It seems like the spirit of Halloween is dying in the younger youth and becoming more of an adult holiday which makes me sad.  I miss seeing all the neighborhood covered with trick or treaters and seeing all the fun costumes.  I miss passing out candy and scaring the older kids.  To keep the holiday alive in my house I love adding little decoration through out and of course, creating Halloween inspired nails.  One of my favorite holiday traditions is carving a pumpkin so to kick off my Halloween nail art I started off with some cute pumpkin face nails.

For my pumpkin faces I started off with three thin coats of Cam by Zoya.  This is hands down my favorite orange shade and it was just perfect for my pumpkin shade.  Next I used black stamping polish from MoYou Nails and the N61 plate from Marianne Nails to create the cute pumpkin faces.  I sealed everything with two coats of Marvel Liquid Macro Top Coat by SuperChic Lacquer.

What do you guys think of my pumpkin face nails?  I absolutely love them!!! They are so stinking cute and perfect for the holiday!  Thank you so much for stopping by today and I will see you all again soon! <3

My grandkids would go nuts if I had my nails like this. Luckily they live in an area that people deck out their houses for Halloween and have a neighborhood party. That’s what it was like when I grew up and it left me with fabulous memories.

How cute! I love how you’ve done different expressions. My favourite is the raised-eyebrow fella on the ring finger.

It does seem like Halloween is much different than it used to be. Maybe all the kids are doing church trunk or treats, or mall trick or treating. My niece and nephew (10 & 12) still go in their neighborhood, but not near as many as we used to see. I love this mani! Cam is the perfect orange!

Omg this is so cute! And I’d totally wear that orange shade on its own for fall.
