Good morning everyone! I hope you are all having a great weekend! I have been spending my weekend at this year’s Wrecking Ball Festival and today is sadly the last day. The festival is being held at The Masquerade and will be the last ring of shows for the historic location. It sadly is finally being torn down to put up more apartments for the ever growing Atlanta area. While The Masquerade is being torn down, they will be moving to a new location and carrying on the Hell, Purgatory, and Heaven stage set up. I have been attending shows for 20 years at this amazing venue and while I am excited for the new location, I am sad to see my past 20 years being torn down.
Now being a lacquerista, I had to do some nails for the weekend and I decided to go with something from one of the bands playing this year. I have been a long time fan of The Promise Ring and went with a “Pink Chimneys” inspired look. For my look I started with two coats of Look At You, Pink-achu! by Morgan Taylor. I then used August by Zoya and the brick pattern from stamping plate XL04 by Bundle Monster. I sealed everything with two coats of Liquid Macro Top Coat by SuperChic Lacquer.
So what do you guys think of my Pink Chimneys look? I LOVE IT!!!! If you haven’t heard of The Promise Ring, you should totally check them out! Thank you so much for stopping by today and if you are at the Wrecking Ball, say hello! <3

I’m sorry about your theater, but I’m glad they’ll still continue it in another location. Your stamping is brilliant!!

It is certainly a bittersweet moment. I’m glad the area has become such a desirable location for Atlanta but sad to see the historic location torn down.
