Good afternoon everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful Monday! Today I have two lovely blends from Northern Star Polish that is just perfect for upcoming Valentine’s Day and a perfect sweet cuticle oil.
First up is Bittersweet. This is a clear base blend with red, pink, and silver micro glitters. Application was flawless and one coat equaled tons of glittery goodness. To make the colors really stand out I paired this with Sinful Colors Black on Black and then sealed it all with a good coat of Gelous.
Next up is Berry Much In Love. This is a berry red holographic blend that has a heavy wine tint indoors. I love this color and application was wonderful. I used two coats for my photos and no top coat. First group of photos is with a daylight bulb and the last three are in a light box.
So what do you guys think of these lovely Valentine blends? I loved them both! Next time I would love to do a glitter gradient with Bittersweet and can’t wait to rock Berry Much In Love this spring/summer.
Now to talk about Northern Star’s cuticle oil. First, I love the bottles!!! They are basically lip gloss tubes and applicators. The bottles are plastic so you could easily carry this in a bag without worrying about breakage and the applicator is great for precision application. The oil itself absorbed very quickly and left my cuticles well moisturized. I received the Doctor Yum scent which was a pleasant sweet vanilla musk scent that was no overpowering and more of an accent. Be sure to check out Northern Star Polish for tons of other great lacquers and more cuticle oil scents and show them some Model City love over on Facebook. Thank you so much for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing you all again tomorrow. <3
These were sent to me for review and photo purposes but does not influence my review.

You should pair Bittersweet with an aqua or turquoise. Berry Much In Love is ridiculously pretty!
