Seize the Rainbow is a clear base blend packed with holographic pigment. This is a great way to add a soft holographic shimmer to any existing blend. Since the pigment is so small it is super easy to remove also. The first photo is shown just one coat over Julep Martha, Finger Paints Lemon Sour, Julep Dianna, Julep Bess, and Julep Renne. The second, third, and fourth photos are shown as two coats, and the last photo is a comparison photo between no Seize the Rainbow and two coats.
