Good afternoon everyone! I am super excited to share with you guys today one of my newest creations. Bobbing For Apples is one of three blends that makes up the new Halloween inspired collection. All three plus a fall inspired limited will be available Saturday, August 31st, at 12:00 PM CST.
Bobbing For Apples is a clear base packed with red circles, two different sizes of red holographic glitter, and tiny iridescent glitter. All of my photos are with just one coat and then followed with a coat of my Gelous. I always recommend a good top coat with glitter toppers for two reasons; one – it helps smooth out glitter and two – it seems to give glitter an extra bit of sparkle. First up I am going to share this over Sinful Color Black On Black.
Now to go to the other side of the spectrum, I have paired Bobbing For Apples with Julep Annette. Again this is just one coat plus a final coat of Gelous.
Now for my favorite combination and a total surprise to me. I am normally not a red polish fan but these two just worked beautiful together. I have again used just one coat over top Julep Demi and then my Gelous. Is this not just the perfect combo for fall?!
So what do you think of Bobbing For Apples? Which combo is your favorite? Bobbing For Apples will be available Saturday at 12:00 PM CST and will be offered in apple scent or unscented. For those who decide to buy the entire Halloween Collection, 3 blends scented, will also receive a mini bottle of Cuticle Corn scented cuticle oil and for those who choose unscented will get unscented oil. Thank you so much for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing you guys again tomorrow and sharing another blend from the Halloween Collection. I hope you all have a wonderful day! <3
Personally I like it over black the best, it really pops at you. The white mutes it some and layering over red makes it blend a little too much.
I am so happy you liked it over black. Bobbing for Apples is a great way to add some lovely sparkles to a cheap drug store polish. 🙂

Ooh, I love them all, but I think over red is my favorite! Over white is cool though, too, it looks like severed eyeballs 😉
Red was certainly my favorite, so sexy and dark at the same time! And I totally didn’t even think of bloodshot eyes, great vision! <3

WOW! It really is amazing over black. I think it would look pretty over nude, too. VERY tempting!
Ooooo, I didn’t think about nude! Good one! 🙂
