Good evening everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful day! We are finally into “official” Fall and surprisingly the weather here in Alabama is cooperating with us. Temps have been in the mid-70s to low 80s and at night we have been dipping into the low 50s. Fall is probably my favorite season of the year, close second is Winter.
Fall has three amazing days, first is naturally Halloween, then the wonderful and delicious Thanksgiving Day, and this coming Saturday…my birthday. This time of year the weather here in Alabama hit and miss with the weather but when we do get a true Fall, it’s just perfect. It starts getting dark a little earlier, leaves start to change, and the colors become a darker trend. Along with the trend is Fall collections for all your beauty lines.
SuperChic Lacquer has combined two great things from Fall, those dark shades, and the spooky vibe of Halloween by creating the Mistresses of the Dark Collection. This collection consists of 5 wonderful shades packed with duo chrome and holographic shimmer.
First up in the Collection we have Morticia Aadams, an intense deep carbon black pewter linear holo with light-catching cobwebby chrome color effect. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of Morticia Aadams by SuperChic Lacquer.
Next up we have Vampira, the shade I have been wearing all week. This shade is described as an intensely deep black cherry-oxblood linear holo that screams and glows from within of brant blood to burnt blood orange duo-chrome color shift effects. I’ve really enjoyed wearing this shade and look forward to using in some Fall inspired looks. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of Vampira by SuperChic Lacquer.
Now, this next shade may not fit with the dark vampy theme, it does represent the mistress perfectly. Lily Munster is described as an intense pale cryptic green linear holo loaded with an incredible fiery glow of kiwi-rose duo-chrome color shift effects. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of Lily Munster by SuperChic Lacquer.
Now back to the dark shades. Next, we have Bride of Frankenstein, described as an intense deep metallic green linear holo packed with a freakish ghoulish green to oxblood duo-chrome color shift effects. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of Bride of Frankenstein by SuperChic Lacquer.
Lastly, for the collection we have Elvira! This shade is described as an intense deep metallic punk-rock purple linear holo with a vibrant flash of chrome purple color shift. In my photos, I am wearing just two coats of Elvira by SuperChic Lacquer.
So what do you guys think of the new Mistresses of the Dark Collection by SuperChic Lacquer? I am personally in love! Rarely can I say I can see wearing every shade on its own with no art what so ever! Each shade is just perfect and is just plain stunning to look at!
The new Mistress of the Dark will release tomorrow at 12:00 MST on SuperChic Lacquer’s website. Each shade will retail for $14 each but if you use code SUPERCHICFAN0415MCP you can get 10% off your order. I would highly recommend picking up Bring It On Base Coat and Marvel Liquid Macro Top Coat. Both are my go-to for long-lasting manis, especially when paired with a shade from SuperChic Lacquer.
Thank you so much for stopping by this evening and I look forward to seeing you all again soon! <3

Elvira here I come! My husband even has a pinball machine of Elvira. It’s cute to watch my 4 year old play it when he’s here.
