Good evening everyone! I hope you are all having a fabulous Wednesday! Today I am sharing the lovely new Jubilee collection by Zoya. The Jubilee is 12 piece collection that is packed with tons of great winter/holiday lacquers. Zoya really mixed things up this season with a mix of cremes, metallics, two new Pixies, and a unique top coat to be used with those much loved Pixies. Since this collection is so large I have decided to break it up in to two posts. Today we are going to look at the warm end, tomorrow cooler shades. Even split, this will still be a picture heavy post so let’s dive on in to the new Jubilee Collection from Zoya.
First up we have Astrid, one of my surprising favorites. Astrid can best be described as a liquid gold foil that adds a festive touch to any holiday look- wear as an accent or alone for optimum impact. I naturally decided to go with full impact and layer this beauty. The formula was absolutely amazing, applied beautifully, and built to opacity with no issues. In my photos I am wearing just two coats of Astrid by Zoya.
Next up we have Leigh. This can best be described as a full-coverage perfect winter nude – rich and warm cream with just a hint of pink to compliment any skintone. This is a lovely shade but is a bit tricky to apply, which tend to be common with nude cremes. You can see some patchiness and uneven finish. With a clear top coat that will help smooth it out some. In my photos I am wearing just two coats of Leigh by Zoya.
Now for another nude creme. Carson can best be described as a full-coverage muted nude pink cream – a beautiful shade to create an understated elegance and perfect for the cold weather months. Again, this lacquer was a bit of a pain to apply but with a top coat and a little care in application, you could get a more even finish. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Carson by Zoya.
Now for another favorite of mine! Taryn can best be described as a fiery fuchsia micro-irredescent shimmer with blue undertones – a shade that brightens even the gloomiest of winter days. This shade totally reminds me of the candy lollipops Patch created in the 80’s film Santa Claus, the candy that made kids fly! This shade applies beautiful and has next to no streaking. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Taryn by Zoya.
Now for a fabulous red because no holiday collection would be complete! Maxine can best be described as a full-coverage a rich red cream with an evenly balance undertone – bright, yet still appropriate for the season. This shade is so creamy and perfect for the season. I can see getting a lot of use out of this one during both fall and winter! In my photos I am wearing three thin coats of Maxine by Zoya.
Lastly for today we have Allison. Allison can best be described as a full-coverage plum-toned ruby cream – a more amped up version of a traditional plum shade. Once again another great creme lacquer from Zoya. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Allison from Zoya.
So what do you guys think of the first half of the Jubilee collection from Zoya? Overall it’s a great start. Astrid and Taryn certainly steals the show and I am so thrilled to have added those two beauties to my collection. The nudes are eh but I’m not a nude fan in general so I’m really, really pick. The cremes are nice and good everyday shades. Please take a moment to check out all the amazing lacquers and other products Zoya has to offer and I will be back soon with the second half of the Jubilee collection soon. You really don’t want to miss the second half, it’s pretty flipping amazing! <3

I’m eager to play with these once Halloween passes as I refuse to do holiday before that, haha! I’m curious about Leigh in particular and how well it plays with my skin tone so I’m hoping the application isn’t too tricky.
