Good morning everyone! I have a lovely Canadian inspired mani to share with you guys today! July 1st is Canada Day and it’s a day of celebration so I figured I would do a little celebrating for my awesome friends to the north! I have been lucky enough to visit this wonderful country on a few occasions and just love it! It’s one of the few countries I would love to live in. The country side is just gorgeous and the people are sooooo friendly! Now today’s post is a little picture heavy so be warned!
First up I went with my Finger Paints Paper Mache to do a bright white base. My photos are shown with three coats and no top coat. Three coats tends to be the magic number to prevent streaking.
Now to add so glittery goodness I topped with Julep’s O Canada!. This one is a clear base with iridescent glitter and red glitter. Application is a breeze and I used just one generous coat to get full coverage. Again I am not wearing a top coat yet.
Now for a little extra pop, Molly. Molly is one of my favorite reds ever! Molly is a bright red cream base that has amazing coverage! I used one coat on the tips to add that extra dose of red and then followed up with my Seche Vite to dry all of those layers.
Thanks a ton for stopping by today and I hope you all have a wonderful day! I will be back tomorrow with a beautiful new to me indie and new obsession! <3
