Good afternoon everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful day! Today I want to share a fun and easy look you can create for Halloween. Simple dots can create a cute look but yet be appropriate for any occasion or work environment. For my Halloween dotticure I started off with a coat of Pink Gellac base coat, three thin coats of Burnt Amber by Pink Gellac, and then a coat of Ultra Shine Top Coat from Pink Gellac. Next I used three different size dotting tools and Black Velvet by Pink Gellac. I then sealed again with a coat of Ultra Shine Top Coat from Pink Gellac.
