Good afternoon!  I hope you all have been well!  I took a little time off after my little vacation down to Florida but I am back now and ready to share more goodies.  Today I have a great Gel Polish Starter Kit by Pink Gellac to share with you guys.  While attending Cosmoprof North America I had the pleasure of stopping by and checking out the great line up of gel lacquers from Pink Gellac.  Gel polish is certainly the hot trend right now and are great for those who are too busy to worry about a chipped mani.  Gel polish last much longer than your traditional lacquer and have an amazing glossy finish.  Now shopping for gels can get a bit overwhelming but thanks to Pink Gellac, they have a perfect starter kit with everything you need.  In your starter kit you will get a LED lamp, cleaner, remover pads, base coat, color, top coat, file, and cuticle sticks.

There are various shades in each kit and in my I received Tropical.  This is a perfect summer pink gel that is perfect for an occasion or environment.  Now this was my first time using gel polish but thanks to Pink Gellac, I had tutorial videos on line and a great step by step guide.  My only fault, and was total user error, was I applied the lacquer to thick.  You really want to do thin coats between each LED flash.

Do have your tried out Pink Gellac and their awesome starter kit yet?  Overall I was very pleased with the process and how easy Pink Gellac made it.  I will certainly be checking out more in the gel world and look forward to seeing more colors from Pink Gellac.  Be sure to check out their shop and give them a follow on Facebook and Instagram for up to date info.  Thank you so much for stopping by today and I will see you all again tomorrow.

Products provided for review but that does not influence my opinions.

I applied the polish too thick the first time, and haven’t gone near my LED lamp since then. I have to go back and try it out again with thinner coats.

Oh yes, thin coats is where it’s at!!! They cure quicker and are way smoother!

Looks great! I tend to avoid the gel polishes simply because I hate dealing with removal of them.

Yeah, I like to change my polish too much for regular wear but during the holidays or vacation, this stuff will be a life saver!

I love gel! Even though I used thin coats for lacquer, gel takes that requirement to a whole new level. But I love being free to not worry about chips during travel.

A starter kit would be awesome, especially since I wouldn’t use a gel manicure very often. Just when I have a special occasion or something. Good to know!
