Good evening everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful Wednesday! Today I have some lovely gel lacquers from The Painted Nail to share with you guys. The Painted Nail is a fabulous nail salon owned by the equally fabulous Katie Cazorla and they offer a wide range of their own lacquers in both traditional and gel formula. I have had the pleasure of sharing some of their standard lacquers and today we will look at a few of their gels.
First up we have Bordeaux. This is a traditional black creme with a hint of red undertones. Application was easy and thanks to the quick dry of an LED lamp, I was ready to go in no time. In my photos I am wearing three thin coats of Bordeaux.
Next up we have Classic Red. As the name states, this is a classic red gel that is perfect for the upcoming holiday season. In my photos I am wearing three thin coats.
Now for a great nude shade. Perfect Nude is a warm brown nude creme with pink undertone and is just perfect for any work environment. In my photos I am wearing three thin coats.
Lastly and my favorite, Poolside Cocktail. This is a stunning bright blue creme that I just couldn’t get enough of! Everything was perfection! In my photos I am wearing three thin coats of Poolside Cocktail.
So what do you guys think of the gels from The Painted Nail? Great classic shades that are perfect anytime of year and wonderful base colors for nail art. If you are ever in the Hollywood area I highly suggest stopping The Painted Nail and getting some amazing salon service. This place is just beautiful and the staff is amazing! I haven’t really ventured into many gel polishes… only the sinful colors type and Sally Hansen I believe. That Nude is gorgeous.
