Good evening everyone!  I hope you are all having a wonderful Monday!  Today I am dropping in to share my latest Fit Snack box.  This delicious box arrived just before my trip to Orlando for BlogHer so I have actually had the pleasure of trying some of these items out already.  This month we had a few of my past favorites so this might be my favorite one to date.  Let’s dive on in!

Ellyndale Naturals Q Cups – Eating healthy while on the go just got easier & more flavorful!  Q Cups combine organic quinoa with delicious natural flavors for a savory snack that’s ready in just 5 minutes!  I love these cups, so handy for those mornings when I’m running behind and don’t have time to fix a smart lunch!

This was a bonus item for the month!  I love having whey protein mixes on hand for myself or friends who need a pick me up.

Amsety Nutrition Bar – Amsety Bar is the world’s only nutrition bar designed to support liver health.  Developed by leading US liver health experts.  These are always pretty tasty and I look forward to trying out the dark chocolate flavor.

Swish4 Energy Mouth Rinse – Swish4 mouth rinse is produced using GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) listed ingredients, vitamins # and a low does of caffeine.  As a new trend setting and innovative mouth cleansing product, Swish4 mouth rinse ensures a fretting, cooling, and instant alert feeling!  I honestly think I won’t be trying this one.  There were no ingredients listed on the package and stimulants like this tend to give me butterfly heart.

I always love these little workout sheets!  Great way to add in new things and keep your workout from being the same old boring routine!
