Good evening everyone! I hope you are all having a fantastic Monday. Today I have a lovely brand to share with you guys that I had a pleasure of meeting while in Vegas. Sara is the master mind behind Cupcake Polish and has some pretty amazing holographic blends that are sure to electrify you. We worked out a swap while in Vegas and I brought home two amazing neon holos.
First up is the beautiful It’s Not What You Pink. I have been looking for a good neon pink holographic blend and Cupcake Polish has nailed it. This is a crazy bright neon pink that is packed with holographic pigment. Formula was amazing and super easy to work with. It does dry matte so I recommend a top coat to get the full beauty. In my photos I am wearing just two coats of It’s Not What You Pink and one coat of clear top coat.
Next up is It’s Our Slime Now. This is a gorgeous neon green loaded with holographic pigments. This one was a little sheerer but still you can get great coverage with no visible nail line. Application was smooth and dries matte so you will want to top coat it. One note I do need to add is that I did have a few very tiny pieces of pigment that had not dissolved so they created dark green, almost black, spots. The pieces were fairly easy to pick up off the nail so you can get a clean look with just a little work. In my photos I am wearing three coats of It’s Our Slime Now and one coat of clear top coat.
So what do you guys think of these two electric neons? Even with the pieces of pigment, I love both.
