Good afternoon everyone! I hope you all are having a lovely long weekend! I am finally off on a holiday and have enjoyed every moment of this 3 day weekend. Work has been extremely stressful so I much needed this downtime. I’ve enjoyed the quiet around the house, watched movies, and cuddled with all the fur kids, pretty much a perfect weekend. Today though I am going to play a little catchup in the office and share the Cosmic Pop collection from Zoya.
The Cosmic Pop trio is a limited edition collection from Zoya that features three holographic shades, all inspired by the unique star clusters from outer space. Each shade is a metallic finish with 5 different sizes of holographic particles to create a stunning effect and has a soft textured finish. I’m not big on textures, except the Pixi’s from Zoya, so I used the provided Ultra Glossy Seal Top Coat in all of my photos to get a smooth glossy finish.
First up we have Celestia. This shade is described as a silver-pearlescent, densely packed rainbow holographic. Celestia can be worn plain as a soft semi-textured finish or paired with a high-density top coat like Ultra Glossy Seal to create a high-shine and smooth finish to encapsulate the texture. In my photos, I am wearing three coats of Celestia by Zoya and one coat of Ultra Glossy Seal by Zoya.
Next up we have Polaris. This shade is described as a silver-pearlescent, densely packed rainbow holographic. Celestia can be worn plain as a soft semi-textured finish or paired with a high-density top coat like Ultra Glossy Seal to create a high-shine and smooth finish to encapsulate the texture. In my photos, I am wearing three coats of Polaris by Zoya and one coat of Polaris by Zoya.
Lastly, we have Eradani, and the one I did the wear test on. Eradani is described as a magenta densely packed holographic with a kiss of color that is buildable. Eradani can be worn plain as a soft semi-textured finish or paired with a high-density top coat like Ultra Glossy Seal to create a high-shine and smooth finish to encapsulate the texture. In my photos, I am wearing three coats of Eradani by Zoya and one coat of Ultra Glossy Seal by Zoya.
So what do you guys think of the new Cosmic Pop collection from Zoya? The holographic glitter is stunning but I will warn, removal is a bit of a pain in the ass. It removes like a normal glitter polish so there is some work involved. I think next time I will wear a peelable base coat. That being said, I did wear it for two weeks and had no chipping.
The Ultra Glossy Seal top coat from Zoya really smoothed things out and I foresee wearing it with all my heavy glitter polished. The wide brush made application and coverage super easy and dry times weren’t too bad.
I am so glad Zoya broke the normal lineup and gave us some glitter polished. While I love my cremes, the child in me still is obsessed with glitter. Be sure to check out the Cosmic Pop trio from Zoya plus all the other great shades and products from them. I look forward to trying out the Ultra Glossy Seal top coat and will be reporting more on it as I try it with other brands. Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope to see you all again soon!
