Good evening everyone! I hope you all have been having a wonderful August so far! Things are once again getting crazy at the hospital. Our COVID cases are climbing quickly so to say my days are exhausting is an understatement and I look forward to my chill time at home. One thing I’m doing daily to unwind is put some comfy clothes on and listen to my favorite records. Music will always be my first love, yes even before polish, so this is my relaxation. While digging through my vinyl collection, being comfortable is key because I tend to be laid out on the floor with everything laid out.
With rolling around on the floor, I’ve come to love some of my new clothes from Femme Luxe. These guys offer some of the most comfortable and stylish clothes I’ve ever owned. Today I am going to share a closer look at some of the recent outfits I got to try out and give you guys a true I really wore it a review.
First I want to share my favorites from my first order. The Grey Loungewear from Femme Luxe set is amazing! Not only did they fit perfectly, but they also gave me extra wiggle room in the rear that I desperately lose in most loungewear clothes! Normally I either end up with clothes that are too baggy or too tight in the areas you don’t want things to be tight, like the tunny area. The Grey Loungewear from Femme Luxe set was also perfectly fitted at the ankles so I didn’t end up with a ton dragging the ground, but weren’t so tight in the ankle to be uncomfortable. The fabric was super soft and breathed perfectly, even during the southern summer.
Another thing I love about the Grey Loungewear from Femme Luxe set is how cute it is! I can easily throw on a pair of sneakers and take off on any of my weekend errands. As you can see, I also match my sweet kitty, Ali! I wore this particular set a few times and gave a good heavy load wash and I can say, the stitching and fabric held up great! I certainly see wearing this set a lot during Fall and well into Winter.
Keeping with the comfy vibe, I picked up the Blue Ribbed Loungewear set from Femme Luxe also! This set was more of a solid color so I felt it was a little more transparent in some areas under super bright lights so I would be cautious with wearing loud underwear. Still, the set is self was very comfortable and well made. I had no issues with piling or wrinkling, both a win.
I am really loving the Blue Ribbed Loungewear set and this color is just perfect! The pockets are a great depth for carrying your phone or car keys so again, those quick trips out are so much easier.
Lastly, from my order, I picked up the Guns N Roses T-Shirt Dress by Femme Luxe. Back to my love for music…yes I had the original Appetite for Destruction on vinyl! So when I saw this T-Shirt Dress I knew I had to have it! This dress is great for summertime or could easily pair with some tights and combat boots during cooler months. The colors are super vibrant and aren’t made from normal T-shirt material so it makes it much better than an oversized T-shirt.
I do think I might have needed to go one size down, I got an 8/10, so I think leggings will give it a more finished look. The nice part is when you get home, you can take your leggings off and have the perfect lounge shirt! First time owning a legit T-Shirt Dress and I am hooked! Thank Femme Luxe!
