ChinUp Mask

Good afternoon everyone!  I hope you are all having a great Tuesday!  Today I am dropping in to share a new product that I recently tried out.  While attending Cosmoprof I got to meet with the makers of ChinUp and learn more about their 30 minute non-surgical facelift product.  I will admit I was very skeptical but hopeful.  Who doesn’t want a freshen up during the holiday’s?!?!  That being said, with the holiday’s just around the corner I tried out the ChinUp.

The ChinUp Mask is designed to firm and contour your face with out the need of expensive surgical or salon services.  This is a quick 30 minute at home treatment that anyone can do.  Results are temporary but again, this could have it’s time and place.  I applied the slimming mask just after showering and then wrapped with the ChinUp chin strap.  This thing was tight and pretty uncomfortable, but after a few minutes I was use to it.  This product does produce a very warming sensation were the mask is applied and I was a bit worried, but once removed my skin look completely normal and had zero redness.  Now did it work?  Well, maybe, kinda, not really…. I would say maybe 1/2 cm difference but that could also be do to measuring error.  You can see in my photos the before and after, I leave the judging up to you.

So have you tried the ChinUp mask?  I knew it was too good to be true!  I do have one more treatment pad so I will probably try again because I don’t believe in throwing stuff out but I certainly wouldn’t spend money on it.  The results just weren’t there.  Thank you so much for stopping by today and I will see you all again tomorrow! <3

Products were provided for review but that does not influence my opinions.

You mean you wouldn’t spend money on it, right? I have this too but just haven’t used it yet since the pitch wasn’t very friendly. Too bad it’s too good to be true

Yeah, wouldn’t waste the cash. They were super friendly which is sad, I really wanted to like their product because they seemed awesome and passionate!

My feet were killing me the last day at CPNA and I ended up sitting down at their booth and trying it out. It was so uncomfortable, but it worked really well for me. I forget the measurement difference, but it was pretty substantial. The downside is it only lasted a few days. It’s nice, but for the cost, I need something that last far longer than that.

Hmm interesting!! I can see that there would definitely be a market for a product like this, but I think I’ll pass for now 🙂 Thanks for the honest review!

It was a crazy week at home with appointments, taking care of a sick puppy, and managing a household, but I wanted to share some more lovely lacquers from SuperChic Lacquer. Today, I have Psycho from SuperChic Lacquer to share. This was just the perfect silver holographic crackle shade for Halloween since it was inspired by the film Psycho, and I thought a red glitter base would be the ideal pairing....
