Good afternoon everyone! I hope you are all having a lovely weekend! Today I have a post to share with you guys that I have been working on for almost two months. I don’t think I have ever went this hardcore on trying to punish my nails but in the end, it was well worth it.
Back right before leaving for Cosmoprof Jen from SuperChic Lacquer sent me her new Bring It On! base coat to try out. This product claimed to be a stain block and color bonding base coat and I felt it would only be beneficial to my readers if I put it through a series of tests. I have put this through a series of test and must say I am pretty impressed. I found through my testing that the base coat is not picky by brands or indies, works at preventing staining in most situations, and with the combo of Bring It On! base and Liquid Macro top coat, I didn’t have any shrinkage. Here is my latests test results. One week and overall my nails still looked great. I did have a little chipping on my right hand but that was a actually more of my nail itself chipped.
Now to go nude and show you my stain results. I have been wearing this for two months and my nails are looking amazing. I did have what I thought was going to be a little staining after wearing a vicious blue but one quick swipe with acetone and I was all good again.
So what do you guys think? All in all I am pretty happy. I will note that the base coat is a little thin so I did always go with two coats for added comfort. Also there was some settling of magical ingredient so I suggest shaking before use. If you are looking for a new base coat, I do say check out SuperChic Lacquer and give it a try. Added bonus for MCP readers, use code SUPERCHICFAN0415MCP for 10% off your order. Thank you so much for stopping by today and I will see you all again tomorrow.
This base coat was provided for review but that does not influence my opinion.

This one’s super impressive, I’ll check it out.
Green lime always stains my nails, but oh, I do love it still. 😉

Dark greens and blues, my one true lovely, can be my curse……and sometimes bright pinks. 😛
