Good afternoon everyone! Today I have two gorgeous new blends from Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer’s My Indecisive Valentine collection. Julie say that My Indecisive Valentine collection was created to embrace both the sentimental and independent sides of Valentine’s Day and I couldn’t agree more. While both that I received to review are great for Valentine’s Day, they will also work anytime of year!
Newly Impassioned Soul is a bright hot pink blend with green flakies. This blend dries to a satiny/matte finish so I decided to add a clear coat to make the flakes really pop. Also I would like to note that my skin tone seemed to make this seem much brighter once applied than when in the bottle. My photos are shown three coats and a clear top coat.
Next up is Sordid End. This is a periwinkle blend with an amazing blue to purple shimmer. I really love the way this one looks all on it own. I used three coats in my photos and a coat of clear.
So what do you guys think of these two new blends from Blue-Eyed Girl? I think they are both very pleasant and a great all on its own blend. Both of these are really pretty, but I am sort of addicted to all things pink, so I definitely need Newly Impassioned Soul in my life. That blue shimmer in Sordid End is pretty great though.
It is certainly a beautiful color and the flakes add a nice little pop. Of course the blue would win me over though, lol!
