Good afternoon everyone! I am super excited to share the new Doctor Who Collection from Above the Curve. Friday, 21st, they will be releasing the first part of their two part collection inspired by Doctor Who and so far what I have seen, these are all fantastic. I must say up front I am really loving these blends. I will break these into two posts so I don’t break your computer with their holo beauty.
First up is Donna. This blend screams the character Donna Noble perfectly. Donna is a rich red, orange shimmer blend with a holographic twist. Application was superb and I didn’t end up with any “streakiness” that I tend to experience with metallic like finishes. In my photos I am wearing three coats and no top coat.
Next up for today’s post is The Silence. Again I think this blend is spot on. The Silence is a black blend with a slight purple shift and holographic shimmer. Just like Donna, I had no issues whatsoever. I used three coats in my photos and again no top coat.
So what do you guys think of the new Doctor Who inspired collection? Donna is hot and The Silence is the perfect dark, mysterious space blend. I personally love both of them and think they will be a perfect addition to anyone’s collection.
