Good afternoon everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful day. Today I have the lovely new Winter Collection from Reverie Nail Lacquer to share with you guys. I love this time of year, so many gorgeous lacquers inspired by my favorite time of year. The new Winter Collection consists of 7 great shades that are not only perfect for the season, but versatile enough to wear all year. Since this is a larger collection, I have split it up in to two posts.
First up today we have Red Velvet. This is a lovely bright red jelly base with a gold shimmer and splash of tiny red glitters. Application was super smooth and the formula was perfect. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Red Velvet and one coat of Gelous.
Next up we have Starburst. This is a dark black blue jelly with blue, yellow, and iridescent glitters in various sizes and shapes. The iridescent glitters gave it an almost magical finish that was just perfect. This blend is much thinner than some of the previous jellies so if you like thinner jellies, this one is for you! In my photos I am wearing three coats of Starburst and one good coat of Gelous.
Next up we have a favorite, Yuletide. This is a leaf green jelly packed with pink, green, yellow, and purple iridescent glitter in various sizes and shapes. This one was again a little thin so the larger glitters took a little work to get. I found just doing a stir with the brush produced enough for a final look. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Yuletide and one coat of Gelous.
Lastly for today, and another favorite, is Bayberry. This is a lovely dark berry wine jelly with a splash of holographic glitter and blue iridescent flakes. I just loved this polish so much and that is really abnormal for me and dark blends. The application was perfect and the look was stunning. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Bayberry.
So what do you guys think of the new Winter Collection so far? As always Reverie has put together an amazing collection with flawless lacquers.
