Pretty & Polished Guardians of the Galaxy

Good afternoon everyone!  So who loves Pretty & Polished?  Me!  And if you are like me, then you are going to love the next few days.  I have tons of great new lacquers and the August Beauty Box to share with you guys.  Today we are going to take a look at their new Guardians of the Galaxy collection.  This collection is an awesome comic book inspired set that consists of five unique lacquers.

First up we have The Gamorous Life, inspired by Gamora.  This is a super bright green crelly with red gold glitter in shards.  Application was super easy and the shards played nice.  In my photos I am wearing four coats of The Gamorous Life and one coat of Gelous.

 

Next up is Planet We All Just Get Along?, a Groot inspired blend.  This is a golden brown metallic blend with green shards in various sizes.  This blend dries to a matte like finish so I added some top coat to really make this guy shine.  In my photos I am wearing three coats of Planet We All Just Get Along? and one good coat of Gelous.

 

Now we have Something Good, Something Bad….A Bit of Both, a Star-Lord inspired blend.  This is a grey, red, blackish jelly with red glitter in various sizes.  Now I didn’t know at time of swatching that this is also a thermal blend.  In my photos I am wearing three coats of Something Good, Something Bad…A Bit of Both and a coat of Gelous.

 

Next up is In the Black Holes of Sirius Major, a Rocket Raccoon inspired blend.  This was certainly one of my favorites.  It is a white crelly blend with black, red, blue, and yellow glitter in various sizes and shapes.  The black circles were just perfect!  In my photos I am wearing two coats of In the Black Holes of Sirius Major and one coat of Gelous.

 

Lastly is Draximum Security, a Drax the Destroyer inspired blend.  This blend was tied for my favorite.  It is a blue jelly blend with blue glitter in various sizes and shapes and red shards.  In my photos I am wearing two coats, one of dabbing, of Draximum Security and one coat of Gelous.
