Good afternoon everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful day. Today I have a brand new indie brand to share with you guys. Last month Bellaluna Cosmetics opened up on Etsy and has some great lacquers to offer just in time for the holiday’s. Samantha was nice enough to send me a few to share with you guys. We are going to take a look at two jellies and one glitter bomb.
First up we have Sugar Plum Fairy. This is a very dark purple jelly with red undertones and filled with micro holographic glitter. Application was great and the jelly was the perfect thickness. Opacity was super easy also which is always pleasant with a jelly. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Sugar Plum Fairy and one good coat of Gelous.
Next up we have Enchanted Woodlands. This is a clear base blend filled with micro red, gold, and silver holographic glitters. Again application was perfect and easy to build opacity. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Enchanted Woodlands and one good coat of Gelous.
Lastly and not surprisingly a favorite, Starry Night. This is a rich dark blue jelly filled with holographic glitters. Application and formula was perfect. One thing I would suggest is wearing a very good base coat because this blend certainly has the qualities to be a stainer for those who have a tendency to stain. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Starry Night and one good coat of Gelous.
