Good evening everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful Monday! Today’s post is coming to you a little late, but as they say better late than never. I am in the middle of an unexpected home remodel and to say things are crazy is putting it mildly. Yesterday I shared the new Island Fun Collection from Zoya Nail Polish and today we will take a look at the Paradise Sun Collection. The Paradise Sun Collection consists of 6 glass fleck shades, let’s take a look.
First up we have Genesis. This is a white base blend with metallic pearl finish. The application was very patch so therefore I would recommend a white base to get a more even finish. In my photos I am wearing three coats of Genesis and one coat of clear.
Next up we have Mae. This is a lovely, bright magenta blend with a metallic pearl finish. Overall I really liked the look of this one. The blend is a little thin so I do caution on application to avoid pooling. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Mae and one coat of clear.
Next up we have Oceane. This is a rich turquoise blue with a metallic pearl finish. I am not exactly sure what it was about this blend but for some reason I just didn’t not care with its finally look. It had a weird texture look to it. Totally a personal taste though. This blend was also a little runny so you will want to use caution is application. I will note that this one also seems to have the capabilities of staining so be weary. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Oceane and one coat of clear.
Now for a favorite. Aphrodite is a stunning red orange jelly with a fiery pearl metallic finish. I am not normally a fan of reds but there was something special with this one. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Aphrodite and one coat of clear.
Now for a tied favorite. Isa is a stunning rich purple with flashes of blue and pearly metallic finish. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Isa and one coat of clear.
Lastly we have Selene. This is teal green blend with a pearly metallic finish. Again this one looks like it has the potential of being a stainer so wear cautiously. In my photos I am wearing two coats of Selene and one coat of clear.
So what do you guys think of the Paradise Sun Collection? I am certainly mixed on these. Some have a weird texture look while some are just stunning. Aphrodite and Isa are certainly the clear winners with a Mae following closely. Be sure to check out the Paradise Sun Collection plus tons of other goodies from Zoya Nail Polish and give them a follow on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram for up to date info, photos, and specials. Thank you so much for stopping by today and I will see you all again tomorrow.
