Gothic Gala Lacquers Kiss Me Deadly Collection Part 1

6 May

Good evening everyone!  Tonight I have some lovely shades from Gothic Gala Lacquers Kiss Me Deadly Collection.  The post is rather picture heavy so let’s get things started.

First up is Spectral Kisses.  This is a pretty light blue matte blend with a slight silver shimmer.  This blend was a little thick so I had some slight patching on the second coat.  I would suggest allowing plenty of dry time between each coats.  In my photos I am wearing just two coats of Spectral Kisses.

Now while Spectral Kisses is a lovely shade, I needed shine!  I added just one coat of HK Girl Fast Dry Top Coat and man did this polish come to life.

Next up is Oleander’s Kiss.  This is a peachy matte blend with a soft golden shimmer.  Application was very smooth with this one and coverage was great.  In my photos I am wearing just two coats of Oleander’s Kiss.

Again I decided to throw some clear on this one.  Again the colors came to life and there was a pink reflection that wasn’t there before.

Lastly for today is Siren’s Kiss.  This is a teal jelly base blend with holographic, iridescent, and gold glitter in various sizes and shapes.  In my photos I am wearing two coats of Siren’s Kiss and one coat of their Smooth Me Over.  This top coat is a bit thicker than your standard top coat so it helps to smooth the glitter.  I did a wear test with this and a coat of my HK Girl Top Coat.  It did seem to smooth things out but there were still a few high spots.  Certainly a vast improvement over just a fast dry top coat.

So what do you guys think of the Kiss Me Deadly series so far?  This collection is certainly different than most of your indie blends out there, it is a pleasant change.  Be sure to check out other great blends Gothic Gala Lacquer has to offer and give them a follow on Facebook for up to date info and release dates.  I will certainly be back tomorrow with more lovely blends.  Thank you so much for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing you all again tomorrow. <3

These were sent to me for review purposes but does not influence my review.

I like Siren’s Kiss, but I would almost like it more without the glitters. Is that crazy? That’s crazy.
