Cosmic Nails

3 Nov

Good afternoon everyone!  I hope you are all having a wonderful day!  It is finally Friday and I am so in need of the weekend!  It has been yet another long week and work and I need a few days of downtime to regather to do it all over again next week.  Before kicking back for the weekend, I just had to share my finally Halloween mani that was inspired off of my costume.  I dressed as a glitter, holographic unicorn so I needed a magical set of nails to go with my costume.

For my cosmic nails fit for a unicorn had to be full of color, glitter, and just all around fun.  For that I started off with two coats of Alpine Snow by OPI.  Next I used Tropical, Cabana Boy, and Oh Em Gee by Julie G to do a sponge gradient.  Each shade mixed together beautifully and created the perfect cosmic blend.  Now for some glitter!  A generous coats of Fairy Dust by China Glaze was the perfect fit, holographic glitter without drowning out my base.  Next up we have some stamping to tie it all together.  I used White stamping polish from MoYou Nails and the DRA-A stamping plate.  Everything was then sealed with two coats of Marvel Liquid Macro Top Coat by SuperChic Lacquer.

So what do you guys think of my cosmic nails?  Is it just me or do they have a Lisa Frank vibe?  I love them so much and might just be one of my favorite looks for the year!  Thank you so much for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing you all again soon! <3
